Address: 6300 Kalocsa, Szentháromság tér 1.Built on Gáspár Oswald's plan in 1775, it was Archbishop József Batthány who started with the constructions of this baroque style building, replacing the old castle. Decorated by the magnificent murals of Maulbertsch the main hall provides a place for the piano of Ferenc Liszt. At present, the castle is functioning as a residential place for the body of the Archbishopric, but it is also a museum and a library. The library and the treasury of the Basilica can also be found here.
